The main problem faced by the Bintang Rajawali grocery store is the manual recording of incoming goods, sales transactions, and stock management, which often results in errors in recording, delays in reporting, and difficulties in monitoring goods approaching their expiration date. This study aims to design and build a web-based grocery sales information system using the First Expired First Out (FEFO) method at the Bintang Rajawali Grocery Store to make incoming goods transactions, sales, and stock management more effective. The system development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) which consists of the stages of requirement planning, system design, and implementation. The system is built web-based using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based grocery sales information system using the FEFO method implemented at the Bintang Rajawali grocery store. The developed system is able to assist the process of managing goods data, sales transactions, stock control, and report generation more effectively and computerized. The application of the FEFO method in the system can prioritize the expenditure of goods based on the nearest expiration date, thereby helping to reduce the risk of losses due to expired goods. Based on the results of Black Box Testing, all system functions run according to user requirements.
